¡ò Copper Lead ¨C Structure and Application of Steel Bimetal Spindle Sleeve

¡¡The bimetal spindle sleeve, the steel back of which adopts 10# steel or SPCC low carbon steel as matrix, and the surface of which sinters copper and lead alloy of Cupb10Sn10, rolls mock silver of AISn20Cu for HW-800,Cupb24Sn4, HW-720,Cupb30, HW-700 or surface. Oil delve and oil tank shall be designed on the working surface of the bearing to adapt to lubricating operation under the lubrication condition.

¡¡The bimetal spindle sleeve can replace the copper sheath of the general sliding parts. Due to the spindle sleeve is roll-shaped and with thin wall, the sleeve can reduce the radial size of the bearing, narrow the machine volume and reduce cost.

¡¡The bimetal spindle sleeve is mainly used in automobile industry, such as base bearing of engine, CON.ROD.BUSHING; transmission case gear bushing; spring steel plate bushing of chassis system and brake shoe bushing etc.
