| ¡ò Inner diameter measuring method of sliding bearing |
The inner hole tolerance stipulated in this specifications refers to the size of the spindle sleeve assembly H7 housing at the value of 0; therefore when testing the inner diameter tolerance size of the spindle sleeve, the spindle sleeve shall be pressed into the housing at the tolerance value of 0 with a certain pressure (see table), and then carry out the testing by a plug guage. The go side of the plug guage passes through, and the no-go side stops.
Simultaneously enlarging method is usually adopted to measure the inner diameter so as not to affect deformation and to avoid the outer diameter becomes smaller at the time of testing the inner hole.
